I was inspired to figure something out to do with these, since I came across a flavor of maria cookies I had never seen: dulce de leche! One of my favorite flavors of all time!
After a girl scout camping trip when I was younger, I became obsessed with S’mores. Lucky for me, premade microwavable s’mores became available around that time (are they still?) and I begged my mom to keep me in good supply.
Nowadays, I usually don't have graham crackers around, but I almost always have marias, and they’re cheap. So here’s a quick, kid friendly snack:

Maria S’mores
for 2 s'mores
4 maria cookies
2 squares of milk chocolate
1 large marshmallow, cut in half
Optional layer:
nutella, caramel or dulce de leche, peanut butter, raspberry preserves, etc…

Directions
Top cookie: Keep it plain or add very thin smear of optional flavorings.
Bottom cookie: add a square of chocolate, then half a marshmallow and microwave at half setting for 40-45 seconds. Immediately add the top cookie, gently pressing down.
They’re very hot straight out of the microwave, so let them cool for several seconds before digging in.
After a gooey bite
Yum!
